As part of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education’s ongoing efforts to strengthen a culture of organizational excellence and sustain its practices, the Ministry organized a specialized workshop entitled “Writing Organizational Practices and Performance Indicators”, targeting the Excellence Team participating in the Qatar Government Excellence Award journey.
The workshop builds on the Ministry’s achievement of winning the Qatar Government Excellence Award – Second Cycle 2025, in the Ministries Category – Leadership in Human Capital Development Award, as part of its continued commitment to enhancing institutional capabilities and strengthening the readiness of its teams.
The workshop focused on developing participants’ practical skills in documenting organizational practices and formulating performance indicators in line with best practices, thereby fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting the sustainability of organizational excellence, and enhancing overall institutional performance.
