Rayan is an EFQM-certified assessor and consultant with over eight years of experience in institutional and government excellence, performance sustainability, and operational efficiency. She specializes in designing and implementing excellence frameworks, optimizing governance models, and developing performance-driven strategies that drive continuous improvement.
With extensive expertise in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) design and implementation, Rayan supports organizations in enhancing institutional effectiveness, achieving operational excellence, and fostering long-term sustainability.
She has been actively involved in Qatar’s Government Excellence Program and has worked with several government entities in Qatar on excellence-related projects, including the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, the Ministry of Sports and Youth, and the General Authority of Customs.
