Mr. Youssef joined the Averroes team 10 years ago. He possesses a wide range of skills, including over 15 years of administrative and research experience, including business analysis, planning and monitoring data and information collection and processing, and conducting survey research and interviews. He also possesses academic and professional knowledge of human resources management and possesses organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks according to a set schedule. Youssef has worked with Averroes to organize and compile data and information collection processes for dozens of projects in the public and private sectors, most notably the Ministry of Interior, Qatar Development Bank, Sidra Research, the former Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs, the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, and others. Youssef holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Egypt. He possesses strong leadership skills, in addition to his strong data analysis skills. He is a dynamic and organized individual who is constantly striving for development, is quick to learn and acquire new management tools, and is distinguished by his ability to work in a purposeful environment that enables him to be an effective and contributing member of the team.
